Chapter I

Come for a weekend. Start staying longer.

Most Comporta developments empty out in October. This one doesn't.

Owners came for a week and extended the stay. Then came back the following month. Then stopped counting. Today you have Brazilian families next to Spanish and British, a serious mix of ages and nationalities. Children who already know each other. Adults who have become neighbours in the real sense of the word.

Nobody planned it this way. It just happened.

Chapter II

Kids do not need every hour planned

This is probably the part you understand only after spending time here.

They move between the house, the pool, the courts, the club and neighbour houses. They start recognising faces. They know where things are. They build their own map of the place.

Tennis, padel, yoga, large pools, a kids pool, coaching, stargazing. Enough happening around the resort for the days to fill themselves.

Chapter III

The estate & the community

Unit 230 carries the largest plot in the resort. Not marginally, absolutely - 3.8ha.

The house sits inside it the way a good house should: present, surrounded by pinewood and land with no obligation attached to it. Trails. Space for games, to host friends, for small structures that belong to the family.

You have your own space, and still remain part of a lookalike permanent community. That balance is harder to find than it sounds.

You are buying a house that already knows how to be lived in.

Chapter V

The service layer keeps it easy

The Club, restaurant, reception, pools, kids pool, concierge, housekeeping, laundry, in-room dining, beach club access and shuttle to three kilometres of Atlantic coastline fifteen minutes away.

Weekends are easier. School holidays are easier. Longer stays are easier. Working from Comporta for a few weeks becomes easier. And when you are not there, the resort context gives rental optionality if you ever want it.

The only one
